Hypnotherapy can help you in a very simple way that it seems so easy when you think about it. Your mind is divided into the conscious and the subconscious. Your conscious mind is always active and within your control but your subconscious mind is not within your control. At least not totally. Your subconscious mind is the part of the brain that largely interprets your emotions and feelings. What you are going to do is deeply seated in the recesses of your mind and how you are going to do it is a part of your conscious mind. Once your subconscious mind decides to do something there is little that your conscious mind can do stop it. When you decide to stop smoking it is a conscious decision that you are taking. So your subconscious mind has not really accepted it. When you want your subconscious mind to accept something then you need to bend your will power towards it. You cannot do it very easily. Through hypnotherapy we get your subconscious mind to accept what your conscious mind has already accepted and is actually planning to execute. Once you have managed to bend your will to it then you can not back out. So think of hypnotherapy as a kind of fortification to your will power. Remember that you need to believe in it for it to work. It won’t work if you don’t believe it. Hypnotherapy will help you to consciously bend your subconscious mind’s desires and beliefs and modify them so that you are able to overcome your bad habits. If you try to break the habit on your own you will end up feeling cranky and very sore and ultimately you’ll fall off the wagon. With hypnotherapy you are going to have a reservoir of mental support that will help you achieve your goal. |
